PIIE Secretatiat
The Panel of Independent International Experts (PIIE) is assisted by a secretariat made up of a team of professionals – including Indian and international researchers legal practitioners, and academics, to gather information on the range of reported abuses and discriminations by state and non-state actors against minorities in India. Since the publication of the report of the PIIE on alleged violations of international law committed against Muslims in India (June 2022), the Secretariat continues to assist the PIIE to document ongoing human rights violations in India and collect and analyse evidence. To protect the members of the Secretariat from reprisals because of their contribution to this work, their names cannot be disclosed.
